    Shift Manager - Burger King

    We're seeking a Shift Manager to lead our team and deliver the BK experience. You'll report directly to the RGM and help ensure daily operations run smoothly.

    • Drive profitability by managing inventory, tracking restaurant assets, and maintaining cash control.
    • Deliver exceptional guest experiences through fast, friendly, and accurate service every shift.
    • Lead and develop people by coaching shift coordinators and team members to build skills, confidence, and teamwork.

    The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of quick-service experience, strong leadership skills, flexibility to work various shifts including evenings/weekends/holidays, physical stamina for standing/walking/climbing/lifting/bending/stooping/sweeping/mopping.
