Job summary
We are seeking a Corporate Controller responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy and transparency of the company's financial reporting while maintaining a strong internal control environment to mitigate financial and operational risk.This role oversees all accounting operations establishes and enforces robust financial systems processes ensures compliance with accounting standards regulatory requirements leads timely external reporting including annual audits quarterly lender compliance reporting serves as key liaison with external auditors financial partners to support the company's financial health governance.
The Corporate Controller also leads monthly quarterly annual close reporting processes delivering accurate timely consolidated financial statements EBITDA working capital cash flow performance drivers owns corporate financial reporting consolidation ensuring compliance GAAP company accounting policies across entities locations designs implements continuously improves
