- Serves as a leader through skilled communication, critical thinking, and decision making to achieve quality, cost-effective care.
- Executes designated responsibilities demonstrating leadership and creativity in the management of the quality performance improvement programs and is qualified to manage and oversee clinical outcomes for CLC Nursing.
- Directing program management is a responsibility that the COC oversees and coordinates with various projects and other strategic initiatives throughout the organization.
- Helps drive organizational change by helping with agile transformations, including helping to implement practices and principles.

Summary
The Dayton VA Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse, Clinical Outcomes Coordinator, CLCThe Clinical Outcomes Coordinator RN executes designated responsibilities demonstrating
leadership and creativity in the management of the quality performance improvement
programs and is qualified to manage and oversee clinical outcomes for CLC Nursing.
The COC must be able to apply systems thinking and safeguard the quality of care delivered.
This is not a bargaining unit position.
Duties
Major duties include but not limited to:Pay: Competitive salary, regular salary increases, potential for performance awards
Paid Time Off: 50 days of paid time off per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays per year)
Retirement: Traditional federal pension (5 years vesting) and federal 401K with up to 5% in contributions by VA
Insurance: Federal health/vision/dental/term life/long-term care (many federal insurance programs can be carried into retirement)
Licensure: 1 full and unrestricted license from any US State or territory
Work Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Monday through Friday
