    We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our General Contracting client's team.

    As a Senior Project Manager at our client's General Contracting Company, you play a critical role within the Project Team by maintaining a thorough knowledge of construction projects and overseeing the efficient execution of contract requirements.

    You will report directly to our Atlanta Division Manager and work closely with the Site Superintendent and Project Administrator to complete projects on schedule and within budget.

    You will also be in charge of managing and mentoring a team of two Junior Project Managers.


    Responsibilities:

    • Provide management direction for projects.
    • Manage Jr.
    PM?s
    • Establish project objectives.
    • Negotiate subcontractor and vendor pricing.
    • Maintain liaison with prime client contract.
    • Schedule coordination.
    • RFI submission.
    • Submittal tracking.
    • Monitor construction and financial activities.
    • Accountable for maintaining budget and profitability goals.

    Working hours:
    8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:
    • Dynamic, professional leader with 5+ years of experience in construction project management
    • Excellent Computer Skills-Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks is required
    • Excellent organizational skillsEducation:BachelorsExperience:4-7 yearsQualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management-Able to understand construction drawings and specifications
    • Has strong communication, negotiation, and mediation skills
