    Job TypeFull-timeDescriptionAldrich CPAs and Advisors is looking for an Audit Manager. Audit Managers are responsible for managing audits, reviews, and compilations from planning to completion. Successful candidates will have a desire to work independently and as part of a team. This role will include a significant amount of client interaction and new business opportunities.

    At Aldrich, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensations decisions are dependent on facts and circumstances of each candidate.

    The compensation offered may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location and other job-related reasons. Aldrich makes internal equity a consideration in all pay decisions.

    A reasonable estimate of the current range is $105,000 - $130,000.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational goals.

    This position also requires light travel - mostly the west coast - between February and April.
