    Hotel Kitchen Staff (Multiple Positions Available)

    Location: Atlanta, Georgia (airport area)

    Kitchen Hours of Operation: (6am-2pm), (4pm-10pm)

    Join our team and become part of an exciting culinary experience in the heart of our vibrant hotel environment. We are currently seeking motivated individuals to fill various positions in our kitchen staff team. If you are passionate about hospitality and culinary excellence, we invite you to apply for one of the following roles:

    1. Kitchen Utility Worker

    Salary: $16 per hour

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment and utensils.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas.
    • Dispose of trash and recycling materials.
    • Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by kitchen management.

    2. Stewarding

    Salary: $16 per hour

    Responsibilities:

    • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, and other kitchen items.
    • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and facilities.
    • Assist with food preparation and service as needed.
    • Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures.
    • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

    3. Line Cook

    Salary: $18 per hour

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
    • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
    • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
    • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
    • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    4. Prep Cook

    Salary: $17 per hour

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping, cutting, and marinating.
    • Assist with recipe preparation and assembly.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas.
    • Follow food safety guidelines and standards.
    • Support kitchen staff with various tasks as needed.

    Requirements for All Positions:

    • Previous experience in a similar role is required.
    • Must have slip-resistant shoes.
    • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
