- Four 10-hour shifts: Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 1am
- Overtime as needed
- Flexibility to work weekends as required for client deadlines and asset optimization
- Minimum age of 18 with authorization to work in the US
- High school diploma or GED Grade 12 certificate from a state or US Department of Education-accredited institution
- At least 1 year of continuous work experience
- Relevant technical diploma or a minimum of 3 years working in a job shop environment producing complex, high-precision parts, or equivalent military background
- Familiarity with CAM software and G-Code interpretation
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs., use of hand tools, and adherence to safety protocols
- Successful completion of pre-employment assessments, drug screening, and background checks
- Completion of post-offer/pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT)
- Competitive Compensation: Starting wage ranging from $26.30 to $31.09 per hour, based on experience. Overtime pay and a $2,000 sign-on bonus available. Participation in 401(k) and Profit-Sharing Plans.

You will be an integral part of a top-performing team, handling advanced CNC machine tools with precision. This includes working on complex parts using various metals efficiently and safely. The toolkit ranges from vertical and horizontal mills to lathes and cylindrical grinders, alongside an array of hand tools and inspection instruments commonly utilized by machinists. Your role will also involve interpreting intricate engineering drawings to craft sophisticated components and equipment.
