- 3 - 5 years experience setting up and operating multiple gun automatic electrostatic powder coating booths.
- Experience working with Nordson powder equipment preferred.
- Set-up and operate the powder coating booth, spray washer, and tool cleaner system.
- Work in conjunction with engineering to conduct test runs on new products
- Read and follow all process/specification sheets, work instructions, and procedures.
- Work with engineers on research and development projects.
- Develop and write process sheets for coating all new products.
- Perform operator driven preventative maintenance on guns, pumps, booths, spray washer, tool cleaner, furnace, and dryer.
