- You will be expected to partner with cross-functional business teams to understand data needs and work with enterprise master data and the organization

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive data product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and incorporating feedback from various stakeholders.
- Work closely with business users, data scientists, and engineers to understand data-related requirements and translate them into actionable data product features.
- Analyze data sets to identify insights, trends, and opportunities that can be leveraged to enhance the data product offering. While overseeing data collection, storage, and quality assurance processes to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and security.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of data products and drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Partner with the data governance team (and data steward) to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain data integrity, security, and confidentiality.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of proven experience in data product management, master data management, preferably in commercial roles and/or CPG industries.
- Working knowledge of product and customer master data and commercial hierarchies.
- Strong understanding of data technologies, such as databases, data warehouses, data lakes and analytics tools
