    Assistant Store Manager


    Key Responsibilities:


    • Maintaining a clean and organized store with a customer-first focus.
    • Ensuring effective inventory management and stock control.

    The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, overseeing sales performance, and implementing strategies to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring effective inventory management, conducting regular stock counts, analyzing sales trends, forecasting future needs, optimizing merchandise displays to maximize visibility and appeal to customers. Additionally they will assist in training employees on new products or systems, ensuring compliance with company policies.



    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • A minimum 1 year experience as an assistant manager. Assisting Senior Management team members including acting up as senior staff in their absence (i.e covering their shift), coordinating logistics; resource allocation planning - use technology appropriately

    The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills,

    good communication skills,
    and ability to work well under pressure.
