*Job Title: *Medical Lab Scientist

*Location: : *Indianapolis IN

*Duration: *6 months (full time hire after trial period of 181 days.)

Shift:

Schedule:
Mon-Fri 8am-430pm. Training time may differ from listed shifts depending on the start time of the trainer.

Pay is negotiable

*Duties/Responsibilities of the Job:
GENERALIST experience in required for the role

Is this for and Medical Lab Technician [2 year MLT degree ] or Medical Lab Scientist / Medical Technologist [4 year BS] or are you open to either? LOOKING FOR MT/MLS BUT OPEN TO MLT
Please confirm if ASCP or AMT certification is required. [If required, are you open to eligible /registered candidates?] NOT REQUIRED BUT NICE TO HAVE
Are you seeking a generalist [proficient in testing in all Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Coagulation] or are you seeking a Micro Lab worker with Molecular background? GENERALIST
What department will this technical position support? [Micro lab, Core lab, DNA sequence, etc.] CORE LAB
Is Blood Bank experience required for this role? NO
Any particular LIS [Lab Information System] experience you would like to see on resumes? [Millenium, Cerner, Epic etc.]
Please confirm if color vision screening is required? YES

*Vaccine requirement*: None

*Medical Screen*: TB Screen, Color Vision Screen.

*Schedule*: Mon-Fri 8am-430pm. Training time may differ from listed shifts depending on the start time of the trainer.

*Temp to hire*: could be a temp to hire if a permanent position is open and the candidate in good standing.

*Qualifications:

ASCP, AMT preferred but not required.

*Education/Certification: *bachelor's degree
