    Description

    The Customer Service Associate has primary responsibility of handling initial customer contact either in person or over the telephone (and at times via the web). They are there to receive, qualify, and process all customer orders in a timely manner.

    Job Duties:

    • Service Recovery

    Solicit customer feedback to improve service respond to requests for service timely manner provides appropriate documentation of customer satisfaction comments receives customers courteously assesses customers needs considers customers preferences ensures prompt processing orders maintains logged into phone queue reduce wait time facilitates accurate order fulfillment greets customers politely determine needs processes orders timely accurately adhere department attendance scheduling requirements rotating shifts weekends holidays assists education teaching within MEC assist training departments managers performs thorough verification insurances enters information computer system daily basis ensure reimbursement recoupment opportunities enter documentation paperwork billing collection navigate multiple software systems get patient scheduled pushed Respiratory Therapists follows patient compliance goals instructs safe use equipment supplies provide instructional material solicits sales products services suggests additional items diagnosis provides specialized fitting compression hosiery consults walk-in patients effectively open-ended questions prepares order form documents intakes obtains signatures new patient packet provides complete instruction makes sure area neat clean after helping customer be able solicit sales new products follow-up related patient diagnosis treats confidential data appropriately confidentiality security HIPAA safety rules understand practices state federally mandated standards maintain records complaints resolutions communicate verbally written promptly responds inquiries expedite understanding work operations;
