    We're seeking a talented Cake Designer to join our Bentonville, AR team. In this role, you'll produce high‑quality, photo‑ready cakes, support national program development, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to bring creative concepts to life.

    Job Title: Cake Designer

    Location: Bentonville, AR

    Pay Range: $22-24

    What's the Job?

  • Create and decorate high‑quality, high‑volume cakes in a production environment
  • Partner with team members to implement new programs
  • Assist with customer trainings, workshops, and buyer meeting preparation
  • Support product quality testing and help evaluate product performance
  • Collaborate across departments to coordinate projects and meet deadlines
  • Write clear, step‑by‑step instructional content for cake decorating and PhotoCake usage
  • Base‑ice real and Styrofoam cakes
    What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional cake decorating experience and a photo portfolio of previous work
  • Ability to create commercial‑grade, photo‑ready cakes
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using technology
  • Self‑motivation, flexibility, and a passion for continuous learning
  • Strong typing skills and ability to write clear instructions
  • Frequent sitting, communication, and use of hands for detailed decorating work
  • Occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 10 lbs (files or small packages)
  • Work performed in an office environment with moderate noise
  • Ability to focus, interpret data, problem‑solve, and manage time effectively
