    A Bloomingdales Restaurant Shift Lead at Colada Shop is an essential part of the customer experience and delivers on our mission to be like no other store in the world.

    The Shift Lead is responsible for leading team members in running an efficient operation.

    They contribute to the day-to-day operations of Colada Shop, help maintain high store standards and conditions, and help foster a positive environment.

    The Shift Lead is also responsible for supporting all team members to exceed business goals.

    Fosters and promotes a strong work culture and upholds both Bloomingdales and Colada Shop brand service standards.
    Fully understands the Colada Shop ethos and serves as a brand ambassador, both internally and externally.


    Operations:
    Completes daily shift report, to include financial reports, staff performance, guest issues, and repair and maintenance needs.
    Is knowledgeable with troubleshooting any and all equipment and communicates with store managers any non-resolved issues.
    Assists with staff communication.
    Elevates all DOH violations immediately to Management.
    Ensures accidents are documented following proper procedures.

    Monitors inventory and restocks as needed; Communicates products/supplies as needed to Management; Assists with new strategies to keep location stocked; Assists Management in running inventory.

    Provides feedback on guest experience to Management and proactively completes other duties as assigned by Management.

    Assists in maintaining 100% compliance with all relevant policies; EEO, labor, HR, wage and food safety laws and regulations.

    Assists with team onboarding and ongoing training.

    Monitors daily call-outs, performance and tardiness; Health department license or certification, Food Handlers, and/or alcohol certification as required by state or local requirement.

    ~ Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.


    Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions.
