As part of Leo's Inventory and Fulfillment Technology (IFT) team, you will play a pivotal role in building and launching global fulfillment capabilities.
You will lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions that optimize inventory management, global network architecture, system integration, and operational planning.
Your expertise in advanced supply chain technologies, combined with strong analytical skills and a customer-focused approach, will drive efficiency improvements, cost reductions, and elevate the overall fulfillment experience for Leo'sglobal customers.

A day in the lifeAs an IFT employee at Leo, your day involves collaborating with Engineering teams to prioritize critical work, ensuring alignment with launch deadlines.
You'll engage with customers and regional leaders across continents to define requirements, balancing global fulfillment needs with regional nuances.Coordinating with external technical teams is key, as you develop and execute a comprehensive plan to meet technical deliverables on time.
Your role is a blend of technical oversight and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that each aspect of the global fulfillment strategy is ready for launch and optimized for success.
