Tatum by Randstad is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager for a well-established organization located in Summerlin. This is a hybrid position, offering a competitive salary up to $110K depending on experience. Applicants should either reside in or be willing to relocate to Las Vegas, hold a Bachelor's degree, and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, and a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.

This is an immediate need and is a Direct Hire opportunity for the right candidate.

Compensation range for the position is between $95K - $110K dependent on experience.

This is hybrid position. Must be on-site T/W/Th with M/F working remotely.

responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of two Senior Accountants.
• Manage the completion of the end-of-month financial procedures.
• Journal entry review and prepare and review financial statements.
• Produce timely and accurate reports for departmental managers at the highest level.
• Provide swift and analytical assistance for inquiries from the Regional Controller.
• Identify potential issues, suggest practical remedies, and support their implementation.
• Assist in creating reports and extracting data from multiple systems for departmental use.
• Bring attention to CFO and Regional Controller regarding any issues and request assistance as required.

qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 5+ years of finance/accounting experience is required
• 2+ years of supervisory experience is required
• Hospitality/Project accounting experience is required
• Experience with Data Plus Hospitality management platform is a highly preferred
• Experience with ERP Maestro, Silverware POS, and Opera Cloud Platform is highly preferred.
• Must reside in Las Vegas, NV or be able to relocate
