About the Role


Job Title:
Python Developer/Lead

Required Qualifications

Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying Python-based applications on AWS infrastructure.

Architect, build, and optimize data processing pipelines using Spark for large-scale data processing and analysis.

Develop and maintain RESTful API microservices to enable seamless integration between different components of the system.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, data science, and quality assurance to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the field of cloud computing, big data, and microservices architecture.

Richmond,VA or McLean,VA


Salary Range:
The salary for this position is between $140,000 - $200,000 annually.

Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
