- Execute themise-en-place and cooking of all menu items as directed, ensuring the highest of standardsare maintainedfor all outlets.
- The ability to ensure superior production of all sweet items, pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, breads, chocolates, etc. for all outlets as well as banquets and amenities.
- The ability to communicate regularly with the Pastry Chef, and contribute to menu development and recipe creation for a variety of outlets.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment conducive to learning and growth for all team members.
- Assist in prep work as required for the next shift
- Highschool education, cooking school or culinary institute education preferred
- Minimum two years culinary or related work experience.
- Culinary knowledgeisexpectedfor this position.
- Working knowledge is generally attained on-the-job.
- Ability to operate, maintain and properly clean deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle,waffle iron, flat top grill.
- Proficient knife skills and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment.
- Must be flexible with schedule- Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evening/overnight shifts

Prepare all items for assigned station including but not limited to breakfast, lunch, dinner, food items per guest orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. Prepare and serve food for Employee Cafeteria as needed.
