Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Food & Beverage Lead to oversee and elevate our dining and poolside experiences at our 20-room boutique hotel.This role combines leadership with day-to-day operational responsibilities, managing a small team and running the entire food and beverage program-from breakfast service to poolside cocktails.
The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to create memorable guest experiences in a relaxed yet refined environment.
