Responsibilities:

• Receive and review repair orders from the dispatcher
• Efficiently carry out repair work in compliance with dealership and factory standards
• Notify service advisor of any additional required work or changes in the initial repair plan
• Document all completed work accurately
• Conduct road tests to validate repairs
• Perform quality checks on all services provided
• Participate in training sessions and workshops
• Maintain cleanliness of customers' vehicles
• Adhere to safety and housekeeping protocols
• Comply with federal, state, and local service repair regulations

Requirements:

• ASE certifications are a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in English language
• Basic computer proficiency
• Valid driver's license
