Job Description Job Description Responsibilities:
Execute comprehensive testing of data migration workflows, mappings, and transformations to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and completeness.

Utilize SQL queries, comparison tools, and reconciliation reports for data reconciliation and verification to maintain consistency between source and target data.

Develop thorough test plans, cases, and scripts for functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.

Lead the formulation and execution of test strategies and plans for the migration of legacy systems to Workday, leveraging prior migration experience.

Validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes through ETL testing.
Manage test environments, datasets, and configurations to facilitate testing across multiple Workday modules and environments.


Requirements:
Hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of data migration concepts, mapping, and transformation strategies.

Possess over 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on testing enterprise applications, preferably Workday modules.

Knowledge of HR and HCM concepts, business processes, and regulations is advantageous.
Familiarity with ETL testing methodologies, API testing tools, and techniques.
Experience in developing and implementing data quality automation solutions using Python is a plus.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership.
Relevant certifications in software testing and Workday are beneficial.#J-18808-Ljbffr
