    5+ years prior experience as a Certified Personal Trainer or Licensed Massage Therapist is a plus. Previous experience in the Hotel or Hospitality industry is required. Commissions and bonuses are applicable if you are a Personal Trainer or Licensed Massage Therapist.

    A typical day for our Spa / Fitness Managers...

    As an NFC Amenity Spa & Fitness Manager, you get to work at some of the most exclusive addresses in the area, where you'll be the go-to person for all things spa and fitness related, from managing finances to spreading the word about our fantastic services. Our Managers' mission is to keep clients happy, staff in high spirits, and the operations running smoothly.

    Ultimately, your priority is to ensure that our residents and guests receive an exceptional, memorable experience from the moment they arrive at the facility to the time they leave.

    Here are just a few other responsibilities you will have throughout your day:

    • Ensure a smooth operation and service experience by effectively communicating with each of your team members, management, and guests.
    • Ensure exceptional customer experiences by maintaining high service standards.
    • Recruit, train, and supervise spa staff, including personal trainers, group exercise instructors, spa service providers, receptionists, and support personnel.
    • High-five your team when they're awesome and give them a hand when they need it.
    • Manage the approved budget (s), including revenue and expense tracking for financial success.
    • Make sure the spa and fitness center is tidy, and always show ready.
    • Manage inventory, order supplies, and oversee equipment maintenance.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Team up with the marketing department to implement pricing strategies and promotions to maximize revenue.
    • Stay updated on industry trends to enhance service offerings.
    • Monitor service quality and make adjustments as necessary.
    • Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly, providing information about our services, programming, and other inquiries.
    • Address guests concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Look sharp in your supplied uniform.
    • Enjoy interacting with the guests and residents.

    We are looking for a candidate who works well by themselves and enjoys a fast-paced environment. Making eye contact and being welcoming is a must The base salary is $50,000 per year. Commission and Bonus potential for services rendered as a Personal Trainer or Licensed massage therapist.
