IMMEDIATE OPENING for a dispatcher.... We are a very busy office and need a good dispatcher who can tackle this job.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) receiving calls from plumbers/hvac technicians, monitoring plumbers and hvac technicians, keeping records of each job, addressing problems, and dispatching appropriate team members.

The dispatcher is to respond to and manage all service calls that have been scheduled each day. The duties include monitoring plumbers/hvac technicians routes, updating dispatch board, and verifying all information that was input. *Debriefing all calls.
