Job summary
We are a custom scenic fabrication studio producing large-scale themed props and immersive environments for entertainment venues. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, coordination and problem-solving in a hands-on manufacturing environment.,Responsibilities
- Maintain and update production schedules for scenic prop and theming projects ,
- Schedule individual props and assemblies based on delivery and installation timelines ,
- Assign work across fabrication robotic machining finishing and coatings based on availability skill sets track project progress maintain clear internal status updates proactively flag scheduling conflicts capacity constraints or material delays coordinate internal communication between production finishing leadership support client communication related to timelines project status assist with documentation job tracking internal follow-up ensure projects move efficiently
