    We are seeking a highly motivated Product Costing Analyst to join our growing team.

    In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the profitability of our product lines.


    What you'll do:
    Analyze financial data to identify trends and cost drivers across revenues, expenses, and administrative activities.

    Prepare insightful financial reports that inform strategic decision-making.

    Develop and present business cases to support new initiatives.

    Guide colleagues on best practices for accurate financial planning.

    Explain variances in financial performance and their impact on profitability at key project milestones.

    Deep dive into all aspects of manufacturing costs, including materials, processes, and overhead.

    Provide recommendations to Sales and Program Management teams to optimize cost-effectiveness.

    Conduct "Make or Buy" analyses to determine the most cost-efficient production strategy for components.

    Generate reports and analyze profitability for individual product lines.

    Support Sales and Program Management with ad-hoc financial requests.

    Champion the use and integration of SAP modules (CO, PS, SD, BW, SAC) in cost analysis processes.

    Assist and advise on Project Controlling and Investment Controlling (CapEx) matters.

    What you bring to the table:

    Bachelor's degree from an AACSB-accredited business school (Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred).

    5-8 years of experience in product costing within a manufacturing environment.

    Technical knowledge and experience in the automotive industry, particularly production processes.

    Proficiency in SAP modules (CO, PS, SD, BW, SAC) a strong plus.

    Excellent communication and presentation skills to clearly convey financial data and insights.

    Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.

    Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams, both regionally and internationally.

    Solid understanding of accounting and controlling principles, concepts, and practices.

    Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Microsoft Office suite.
