    WHAT WE'RE OFFERING

    Under limited supervision, responsible for coordinating construction projects through in-house and contract labor for building, repairing, and maintaining Fiber Optic (PON) and Copper plant.

    Ensure quality of work performed meets established technical standards and company policies.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Duties include the following, but other duties may be assigned as required.
    Perform site inspections for quality control in accordance with design specifications.

    Identifies quality concerns or missing sections and packages that detail in electronic format to present to a Construction Project Coordinator II or Project Manager to issue to resources for correction.

    Analyze risks and opportunities and providing solutions where applicable.
    Attend and participate in stakeholder meetings; Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
    Coordinate permitting and make ready process.
    Respond to customer concerns.
    Communicate with Director of OSP, Construction Project Manager or Engineers regarding concerns about construction design or progress.
    Perform locates as necessary.
    Adhere to industry specific local, state, and federal regulations, as applicable.
    Ability to communicate project status to all participants.
    Monitor project workflow using project management software, advise on improvements or corrections where needed.
    Field inspects all work to ensure work invoiced is accurate to work performed.
    Provide feedback to Engineers relative to new developments not currently in design.

    WHAT YOU BRING
    High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    3+ years Construction work experience preferred; Telecom construction experience preferred.
    Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
