    Transactional Legal Secretary

    Summary:

    Our award-winning client seeks an experienced Transactional Legal Secretary to support their Corporate and Securities and Real Estate practice areas.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to Corporate and Securities and Real Estate attorneys and paralegals, including preparing, revising, proofreading, and redlining legal documents.
    • Prepare documents and facilitate entity formation (e.g., corporations, LLCs) and general corporate governance.
    • Compose materials such as correspondence, minutes, real estate, and finance documents and general forms.
    • Create, copy, and mail correspondence to clients and various government agencies.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum three years' experience as a Legal Secretary with transactional experience in corporate law, commercial and business transactions, and securities; real estate.
    • Familiarity with federal and state securities filings, Reg D, and state securities exemption filings.
    • Strong system skills in document management systems and digital filing.
    • Proficient knowledge of Outlook, Word, DocuSign, and Excel.
    • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Superior oral and written communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to interact well with clients, vendors, and coworkers.
