    Opportunity:

    RN - CVOR

    Job Details:


    • Work day/evening shifts with 4 ten-hour shifts per week for 40-hour weeks

    • Will be floating as a sitter

    • Required to take call

    • Washington State/Compact RN licensure required

    • CVOR experience required

    • Must maintain active BLS and ACLS certifications

    • Coordinate and provide high-quality patient care utilizing nursing process and unit-specific standards

    • Develop, implement, and reassess individualized patient care plans

    • Provide comprehensive nursing care including medication administration and completion of procedures/treatments

    • Complete holistic ongoing assessments and respond appropriately to patient status changes

    • Document care provided, assessments, interventions, and responses accurately

    • Teach patients/families appropriate health information and provide written materials

    • Delegate appropriately and oversee care provided by non-licensed assistive personnel

    • Collaborate with all members of the healthcare team

    • Maintain clean and safe environment according to hospital policies

    • Must adhere to organizational policies and Washington Nurse Practice Act guidelines
