    Biltmore Financial Services, Inc. is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our thriving team. This hardworking and fun business environment requires a dependable, efficient, organized, outgoing, people-person to perform and manage a variety of duties such as:

    • Answering phones
    • Greeting guests
    • Scanning/copying documents
    • General office support as needed
    • Manage and attend dinner seminars (two nights/month)
    • Grow into more responsibility as you learn the role

    The desired candidate will:

    This person will provide a , high-level of client-centered, customer service. As the first person our clients see/speak to, it's incredibly important that this person portrays our firm's heart: our clients are family and we value them very much.

    This role will work closely with the Operations Director to manage dinner seminars (both before and on-site). The schedule is usually 2 evenings/month but could be as many as 4/month depending on the events scheduled.

    The hours for this role will be anywhere from 30 hours/week to 40 depending on the event calendar.

    Must be able to pass a background check.

    Hourly compensation starting at $17.00/hour.
