    Position SummaryTake the next step in your career journey as a Campaign Manager specializing in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) at our mission-based health and wellness company.

    Duties and ResponsibilitiesPartners with Account Managers to understand the unique needs and objectives of strategic accounts, developing ABM strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth.

    Utilizes data-driven insights to identify high-potential accounts and develop targeted messaging and content that resonates with key decision-makers.

    Strategically targets and acquires net new contacts within strategic accounts, expanding our reach and influence while fostering account stickiness to aid in retention efforts.

    Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and digital marketing, to execute multi-channel ABM campaigns that deliver personalized experiences to target accounts.

    Monitors campaign performance and analyzes key metrics to assess effectiveness, iterating and optimizing strategies to maximize ROI and revenue generation.

    Serves as the primary point of contact for Account Managers, Customer Service, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on campaign progress, insights, and recommendations for further account engagement.

    Leverages marketing automation and Salesforce tools to track campaign performance, manage lead flows, and ensure alignment with sales objectives.

    Stays abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in ABM, continually seeking opportunities to innovate and improve campaign effectiveness.

    Develops account-specific marketing plans and collateral, ensuring alignment with overall ABM strategy and objectives.

    Knowledge and SkillsProven track record of driving revenue growth through targeted ABM campaigns, with a strong understanding of account-based marketing principles and best practices.

    Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), with the ability to leverage data to inform campaign strategy and execution.

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.
    The ability to effectively communicate campaign objectives and results to stakeholders.
