    What will you do?Make table decisions as necessary based on rulesProtect the integrity of games through observation and following appropriate proceduresProvide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to table games playersHandle any guest concerns and inform necessary personnel of any unusual requests or playsMore about youMust be 21 years of age or olderMust be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming licenseMinimum of 2 years of supervisory and professional poker dealing experienceMust be able to demonstrate the standard level of skills, knowledge, and performance in the various types of poker games offered at the facilityAbility to work weekends and overtime as neededRequires previous experience in Table Games with certifications in multiple Table Games from an accredited institutionNo college degree requiredPhysical requirementsSitting, standing, reaching, and pulling for majority of shiftAbility to periodically lift up to 40 poundsShift detailsEveningsEvery weekendHolidaysOT as neededWho we areDelaware North operates Mardi Gras Casino and Resort dating back to 2018.

    Located 14 miles west of Charleston, West Virginia, Mardi Gras features more than 25 table games, a poker room, more than 850 slot machines, live greyhound racing, and off-track betting for both greyhound and horse racing; several restaurants and a 150-room hotel.
