Description

Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services has an immediate opening for a dynamic General Manager to lead our team. This role requires a management and Operations background with excellent customer service skills, a passion for dogs, and strong leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service, setting an example for the team to follow.
• Lead the Front Desk team, ensuring they are organized, professional, and adhere to internal and external customer service standards.
• Cultivate a positive team-oriented culture, fostering growth and development among team members.
• Manage groomers, including quality control, safety protocols, scheduling, and client records.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize efficiency, minimize payroll, and increase revenue through up-selling and effective use of dog evaluations.
• Communicate effectively with the District Manager, proactively addressing concerns and needs while seeking solutions.

Requirements

• A management and Operations background with experience in customer service and team management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
