    Technical Project Manager – IT Architecture .


    With the Architecture Team, you will lead the definition and execution of the architectural vision and strategy for our products.

    You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to ensure the alignment of technical solutions with business goals.

    This role requires a deep understanding of system architecture, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide the team towards creating scalable, maintainable, and innovative solutions.

    Essential Duties And Functions

    Develop and communicate a clear architectural vision and strategy for the product in alignment with business objectives.
    Define and prioritize the technical product backlog, considering architectural improvements, technical debt reduction, and feature development.
    Work closely with architects and development teams to break down complex architectural initiatives into actionable tasks.

    Engage with stakeholders, including product managers, business analysts, and development teams, to understand their needs and translate them into architectural requirements.

    Implement and enforce architectural governance processes to maintain consistency and adherence to established architectural standards.
    Conduct architectural reviews to ensure solutions align with the defined architecture and design principles.
    Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to the product and architecture.
    Lead the evaluation of new technologies and tools, making recommendations based on the impact on system architecture.
    Work closely with development teams to provide guidance on architectural decisions and ensure implementation aligns with the architectural vision.
    Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging communication and knowledge-sharing within the architecture team.

    Collaborate with architects and development teams to ensure that architectural decisions support the scalability and performance requirements of the product.

    Proactively address potential scalability issues and bottlenecks.
    Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the architecture team, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and tools.
    Encourage a culture of innovation and learning within the team.
    Follows established HIPAA, Compliance & Security policies.

    Required Experience

    Experience and understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
    Cloud-based architectures.
    Experience writing user stories.

    Preferred Experience

    Bachelor's degree.
    Preferred experience as a Technical Product Owner or in a similar role with a focus on system architecture.
    Stakeholder management skills.
    Agile development environment.
