Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead IT projects within business applications and IT infrastructure. This is a contract position located in Lexington, MA.


Primary Responsibilities:
The role will focus on Asset Management and Compliance Review, and will involve initiating and managing business-critical IT projects.

The ideal candidate will be a central resource for team communication, and will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading project deliverables.

Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and Project Management Courses or proven PM track recordExcellent negotiation skillsAbility to solve complex tasksAbility to establish cross-organizational collaborationProactive stakeholder management at all levelsExperience with SAFe agile and undertaking one or several agile roles is preferredTechnical, practical, and/or management experience with systems under GxP regulation is a plusThe Project Manager will:Plan and coordinate project deliverables and project team on a daily basisDefine project scope and deliverables in collaboration with project champion and key stakeholdersDocument, communicate, and develop mitigation strategies for risks to schedule, scope, resources, budget, and qualityManage projects using both waterfall and SAFE agile methodologiesEnsure alignment of projects with relevant IT Security and business requirementsMonitor project progress according to schedule, scope, and budgetMitigate or minimize business and system riskManage interdependencies between the project and other initiativesPlan project resources, including recruitment of internal and external participantsSet direction in project and ensure a productive working climateDesign and execute efficient change managementIf you are having difficulty in applying or if you have any questions, please contact
