- The Software Engineer role involves the comprehensive spectrum of analyzing, designing, developing, testing, documenting, and supporting information systems. The primary emphasis is on collaborating with the 'SHARE' software system, a vital tool used by numerous internal users daily for critical workflow processes.
- The ideal candidate must possess a keen eye for detail and effective cross-departmental communication skills. They should feel at ease gathering requirements, offering technical support, documenting architectural designs, and providing reports to the executive team.
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or related technical fields.
- Comprehensive proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
- At least 3 years of formal experience in .NET web/Desktop application development using C#, Visual Studio, and TFS.
- Hands-on experience in developing Windows Forms applications and full stack development across all layers of web and desktop applications.
- Familiarity with Angular and Typescript development is desirable.
- Solid grasp of networking and distributed computing principles, along with competencies in IIS, routing, and client/server programming.
- Experience in working with MS SQL datastore, understanding SCRUM process, Agile methodologies, and troubleshooting various technical failures.
- Proven track record in resolving production and infrastructure challenges, researching technologies, and proposing innovative solutions.
