    My client, a national law firm, is seeking a seasoned Labor & Employment Attorney to join their Minneapolis office. A successful candidate will possess 7 years of experience practicing employment litigation (management side) and significant experience with counseling, advice, training, and compliance matters.

    Requirements:

    • 7 years of experience practicing employment law, with a focus on employer-side representation.
    • Proven track record of success in handling employment-related litigation matters.
    • Employment discrimination, breach of contract, wrongful termination, harassment, and wage and hour.
    • Counseling and advice experience.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to provide strategic legal advice to clients.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Demonstrated commitment to client service and professional excellence.
