    We are seeking an experienced Director, Global Operations Strategy & Network to join the Global Operations team. The Global Operations team will oversee and lead the implementation of manufacturing, distribution logistics, sourcing, and supply chain activities. We will build, create, and enhance end-to-end operation strategies, processes, analytics, technology, and continuous improvement efforts.

    As the Director, Global Operations Strategy & Network , you will support the strategy and implementation of an operation model, network design, governance and will drive execution of the new structure, processes and change management across a cross-functional team.

    This role is critical in developing and executing the global Operations strategy to build a framework that drives efficiency and documents key decisions.

    In this position, you will directly manage key Global Operations initiatives while supporting the operating staff, implement best-in-class systems, execute roadmaps to build out Global Operations and oversee new product introduction process.

    In addition, you will develop and execute comprehensive supplier management strategies to support product sourcing initiatives, ensuring alignment with project timelines, quality standards, and cost-effectiveness while fostering collaborative partnerships with key suppliers.

    This role will assist in the coordination and management of project meetings and hold the team accountable for metrics while leading general organization of Operations documents (Key Decision Documents, RACIs, Op Model, Network Design/Footprint and Product Flows), and associated presentations.

    This position reports to the Chief Supply Chain Officer and is based in Providence, Rhode Island.

    As the Director of Global Operations Strategy & Network, you will have an opportunity to:

    Build the strategy to support the network while strategically building a manufacturing, supply chain, procurement roadmap for success while executing project management responsibilities to lead change management.

    Develop a 5-year strategic roadmap and associated business cases (What, Why, and How with funding requirements).Conduct network analyst and design with 3rd party partners and identify shared services opportunities for efficiency.

    Implement and manage the overall new product introduction process.
    Lead and direct cross-functional activities and ensure successful outcomes.

    Manage the pulse of the Global Operations team and cross-functional stakeholders and drive plans for continuous improvement along with partnering with Center of Excellence to drive strategy.

    Support the Global Operations Senior Leadership by steering effective decision-making, based on data driven operational and business understanding and analysis.

    Drive supplier management and ensure global end to end strategy is aligned with all functional timelines linked with dependencies that demonstrate an on-time schedule, budget, and generate value.

    Implement a robust operating model by implementing strategic cadences of meetings to feed into Operations strategy and overall operating team governance.

    Collaborate with external partners to build and support Operations road mapping to encourage successful management of the Operational functions and generate savings, value, and growth (i.e., Sustainability, digitalization, etc.)Instrument global Operations new product introduction process to support the global strategy and end-to-end framework from manufacturing to customer delivery.

    Ensure effective accountability, execution, and adherence to all Group level operating and planning processes including annual business and financial planning.

    Report critical metrics and improvement plans as needed. Creates and presents executive presentations to internal and external partners including supporting Senior Leadership monthly operational/business reviews.

    Serve as a dependable confidant and sounding board to cross-functional partners on sensitive topics and restrictive information including but not limited to Voice of Associates, Internship and Talent Development programs in partnership with Human Resource Business Partner.


    Approximately 20% travelYou have:


    Bachelor's Degree; Masters in technical field or MBA preferred.8+ years experience in an Operations role (supply chain, sourcing, production, supplier management)Sufficient competency in one or more critical areas/functions of the program Supply Chain, Logistics, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and 3PL Management.

    Extensive experience working with a variety of third-party technical & process organizations to achieve business goals.
    Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
    Excellent presentation and both written and verbal communication skills.
    Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
    Hands-on leader with the skills, knowledge, and aptitude to engage, influence, and direct all functions involved in the program.
    Ability to lead programs effectively, with project management expertise to identify dependencies and invite input from others.

    Excellent interpersonal skills to gain trust and honesty with team members and ability to work effectively cross-functionally within the program team and in a matrix organization.implement global strategies and structures that will serve in both pre- and post-spin environments.

    Teamwork, Collaboration, Decision Making - take ownership, accountability, and responsibility for leading the Core Team.

    Takes decisive action when Core Team Members are not performing or delivering and communicates missed expectations directly including contact with functional leaders.

    Possess the skills and aptitude to deliver a product to meet customer needs define commercial objectives and define the path to execute.

    Ability to generate ideas for defining, implementing, and bringing to market new products and technologies.
