Job summary
We are seeking a passionate Research Associate II/ Senior Research Associate to join the Discovery team responsible for driving a pipeline of programs.Responsibilities
- Help develop robust differentiation, and scalable platforms to generate various types of functional neurons and glial cells from human iPSCs.
- Assess effects of ASOs on RNA/protein in iPSC-derived neurons.
- Establish biochemical (e.g., ELISA) and/or cellular functional assays (e.g., multielectrode array) for target validation and to assess ASO activity.
