VIRELLA is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, someone who is driven by passion and purpose. With a rich history of 120 years in the industry, we are looking for a candidate who can uphold our legacy and take us to new heights.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing our existing base of 2,000 clients, actively seeking out new business opportunities, and leading a small team to achieve these goals through effective training and supervision.
As you excel in this position and become proficient in our processes, you will have the opportunity to advance into the role of Agency Director, overseeing and guiding the team to success.
This position offers a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year, providing a stable income for your hard work.
