The Nurse Manager assesses plans, organizes, and evaluates the delivery of patient care and services related to medical, surgical,pediatric, adult and ambulatory surgery patient populations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a resource to members of the nursing staff in evidenced based clinical practice and documentation.
- Serve as a professional role model and public relations representative to patients, their families and significant others.
- Provides leadership, supervision,
guidance and development for staff,
