We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our great team

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure all aspects of email content are planned, communicated and implemented in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Coordinate with merchandising, creative, and marketing teams to conceptualize, design, create, test and report on email marketing programs.
    • Create and maintain email marketing calendar and production workflow by developing content themes and subject lines, and ensuring input from merchandising teams is included and accurate. Work with eCommerce managers on driving email marketing plan.
    • Work with design team to ensure accuracy of creative and coding. Guide design team throughout the creative and deployment processes.
    • Develop and manage A/B testing campaigns for continuous program improvement.
    • Support list management and segmentation strategy with a data driven approach.
    • Monitor list health and offer strategy to maintain and improve, including implementing routine list hygiene measures.
    • Support behavior-based triggered automation campaigns to promote hyper targeted messaging.
    • Work closely with email service provider (ESP) to troubleshoot, optimize, implement change requests and submit and complete support ticket requests.
    • Work with internal and external data management resources to understand the comprehensive data flow process and be able to identify issues and troubleshoot.
    • Ensure promotion codes and fine print conditions are in place and accurate. Ensure landing pages are complete and accurate.
    • Stay abreast of email best practices, including deliverability, segmentation, mobile experience and engagement.
    • Pull and analyze KPI reporting, identify and share key learnings with marketing team.
    Requirements
    • Proven experience with email project management, from theme creation to development to testing (experience with Smartsheet preferred but not required).
    • Must have ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must be extremely detail oriented and organized.
    • 5+ years of experience in email marketing. Experience direct project management email marketing and automation platforms is a must.
    • Demonstrable experience with data management tools and techniques, including SQL queries, pivot tables, and Vlookups.
    • Experience with other digital channels such as paid search, social, affiliate and SEO is a plus.
    • Familiarity with phpMyAdmin is a plus.
    • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, including mobile. Knowledge of Smarty is preferred.
    • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar applications is a plus.
    • B2C multi-brand or agency experience preferred.
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or other relevant field.
