Role and Responsibilities:
Safely administer IV infusions in the comfort of patients' homes. Monitor patients' conditions during treatments and adjust care as necessary. Maintain accurate and comprehensive treatment documentation in EMR. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver top-notch patient care. Manage infusion equipment, ensuring the highest quality of care. Educate patients and families about infusion therapy and health management.


Qualifications:
Valid RN license in Wyoming. Demonstrated experience in IV infusion therapy. Current CPR/BLS certification. Willingness to travel within Douglas and surrounding areas. Proficient in using EMR and healthcare software.
