- Ability to work alone or with limited Supervision, including the installation of multiple CAT5E/CAT6 drops, patch panels and associated equipment.
- Ability to operate a scissor lift and work at elevated levels using lifts, extension ladders, etc.
- Knowledge of Fluke CAT5/6 cable testing equipment. (Versiv 2)
- Knowledge of Fujikura Fiber Optic Cable Splicer. (905)
- Knowledge of 3M Hotmelt Kit (LC/ST)
- Extensive knowledge of basic hand and power tools required.
- Ability to operate and update CVC/CAD drawing software desirable.
- Experience working in a Government/Military (USAF) environment, and ability to acquire a Common Access Card (CAC) and take CBT Training as required.
