Position Title: Long Term Care (LTC) Bath Aide- Full Time (FT)Department: Nursing Services
Reports to: LTC Director, Nursing

What You'll Do:
Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, hair care, oral hygiene, and other daily needs
Assist with safe repositioning, transfers, and ambulation
Monitor residents' physical, mental, and emotional well-being—reporting changes to the Charge Nurse
Keep accurate records of care and observations
Help launder personal items and keep residents' belongings fresh and clean
What You'll Need:
Must be at least 16 years old
Completion of 75-hour Nursing Assistant Training Course with current Nebraska certification required
Completion of 40-hour Medication Aide Course with current certification preferred
Strong attention to detail and a caring, respectful approach
