The Charge Nurse supports and contributes to the service excellence mission of Enloe Medical Center and the Surgery Services Department.The Charge Nurse collaborates with the physician and interprets the medical plan to staff members. They direct performance and supervise assigned staff members and assist the next level of management in directing care of the patient and support of the family.
