Job summary
The Utility (Prep and Fry) is responsible for supporting,executing,and/or maintaining food safety and quality practices as required through SQF.
The Production Line Utility (Prep and Fry) team member ensures that product quality
and food safety standards are met..
Responsible for continuous/uninterrupted supply of components to the production Fry
and Prep area used in producing food products in a safe timely efficient manner.
Will be working around the Fryer Kettles Raw Meat and Urschel,in processing the various items for the assembly lines.
Understand proper handling of components in accordance with USDA HACCP,and plant recipe guidelines.
