Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a new manufacturing client to recruit and hire a Full Time Process Engineers for their facilities located in Tennessee (Cookeville area).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Employing statistical and mathematical techniques for optimization and efficiency improvement.
Updating plant layouts for new products, process changes, workflow updates, and equipment or material movements.
Conducting time studies and leading Kaizen projects to improve efficiency and optimize logistics.
Overseeing Value Stream mapping for new products.
Evaluating existing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness, implementing improvements as necessary.
Utilizing engineering principles and computer modeling to solve production challenges.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, optimize logistics including packaging, routes, and storage layouts.
Maximizing resource utilization and evaluating equipment performance.
Compiling reports and presentations for management.
Remaining updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
Performing other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

Associate's Degree in Engineering or similar field. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
3+ years of related experience.
Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, Solidworks, etc..),and Microsoft Office.
Experience implementing process improvements
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards in industrial settings.
Ability to manage multiple projects.

Benefits:
