    As a Product Delivery Manager in Receivables Payments, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers.

    As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.

    Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
    Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
    Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
    Collaborates with the Product Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
    Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
    Partners with business stakeholders to define and enhance current processes, systems, data flows and organizational landscape, key pain points and opportunities to improve the customer experience, create scalability and increase resiliency
    Apply analytical and creative thinking to design solutions to operations inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities.
    Communicates regular status updates to senior management and business stakeholders.
    Supports and contributes to commercialization and marketing activities and artifacts.
    5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
    ~ Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
    ~ Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
    ~ Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
    ~7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, implementation, or operations
    ~ Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
    ~ Experience within large Financial Services firms
    ~ Financial data analysis and present in PowerPoint for reporting to senior stakeholders
    ~ Project experience across client and operational readiness
    ~ Basic proficiency in Tableau. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio and MS PowerPoint is a must

    Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
    Wants to be creative, innovative, and forward thinking
    Self-starter with ability to manage own workload and deliverables
    Proficiency in Excel and ability to clearly storyboard using PowerPoint is essential
