    Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical IT Service Strategy & Performance Analytics Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in providing insights and data-driven decisions that improve our operations and customer service. This individual will manage the ongoing operation and deliverables of complex enterprise systems programs and projects, coordinating the efforts of multiple project managers, teams, and consultants. This role requires supervising a team of mid to senior-level project managers and analysts while leading complex enterprise projects and programs. The IT Service Strategy and Performance Analytics Manager will also be responsible for implementing, managing, and supporting analytical and reporting systems to ensure operational and financial transparency.

    Responsibilities

    • Plan, manage, and monitor technology-related projects from initiation through implementation. Oversee staff and systems to ensure successful delivery within defined parameters.
    • Supervise a mid/senior level project analyst, leading complex enterprise projects and programs.
    • Implement, manage, and support systems for IT Service Management, Service Catalogs, Asset Lifecycle Management, Contract Management, and Configuration Management Database services.
    • Implement and configure the ServiceNow Performance Analytics platform, collaborating with vendors, consultants, and internal resources. Migrate existing ITSM reporting to ServiceNow and manage a staff of analysts.
    • Serve as the SME for the Microsoft Power Platform, create and manage a Power Platform Center of Excellence, conduct user training, and promote best practices across the organization.
    • Provide analytic support for initiatives, including data collection and analysis, insight discovery, solution research, and implementation.

    Required Skills

    • 2-3+ years of experience configuring and administrating the ServiceNow platform.
    • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow, specifically its Performance Analytics & Reporting modules.
    • Ability to lead and manage projects in a complex enterprise environment.
    • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Microsoft Power Platform (including Power BI and Power Automate), and IT service management frameworks. Strong analytical skills with experience in managing and supporting reporting systems.
    • Strong project management skills, with experience in implementing standards, policies, and procedures for industry best practices.
    • Great communication skills with the ability to conduct user training and champion best practices.
    • Ability to engage in special projects with innovative solutions and recommendations for the improvement of IT service strategy and performance.
    • ServiceNow and/or ITIL certifications preferred.
    • ServiceNow development skills (including SQL, PHP, HTML, and CSS) are all nice to have but not required
