Property Manager - Lower Gwynedd

Job summary
The property manager will be responsible for managing properties on behalf of clients ensuring compliance with Property Management Policies and Procedures codes regulations governmental agency directives providing leadership to property staff including hiring performance management developing comprehensive annual inspection processes tracking variances overseeing CAM reconciliations negotiating vendor contracts abstracting leases maintaining interface with third-party owners accounting teams participating in leasing client team meetings fostering positive relationships between tenants external clients internal clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred
- Certified Property Manager CPM RPA or CSM designation or in process
- Possess real estate license Strong knowledge of finance building operations ability to analyze prioritize delegate effectively manage team professionals including both employees vendors previous experience analyzing negotiating commercial lease contract language advanced knowledge Microsoft Office Suite
